ABDOMINAL CORE STRENGTH TRAINING IN YOUNG STUDENTS

ABSTRACT Introduction: Recent studies point out that strength training with load may substantially help athletes’ strength, while moderate improve motor coordination. Objective: Investigate the current status of abdominal core in young people, surveying problems. Methods: Students from a particular province were selected for investigation. We performed tests, comparisons, and analyses results on exercises practiced sports schools to provide better support amateur training. The Abdominal Octopole Strength Bridge Test uses overcoming one's weight. Results: Boys accounted 59.04% girls only 22.50%, most them at their average level 40.00%. proportion low scores is also higher (26.25%); boys, deficient 8.77%. Conclusion: There significant difference students. expectation between male female students not being very large contrasted reality, suggesting need pay attention during Level evidence II; Therapeutic - investigation treatment outcomes.
